1. What type of massage does She Got Hands Massage specialize in?
I primarily provide deeper, therapeutic bodywork focused on addressing areas of muscular tension and discomfort. My approach is adjusted to each client rather than following a one-size-fits-all routine.
Yes. Individual sessions are currently available at Spa Neo in Clayton, NC and Elements Massage in Wendell, NC. This is the best way to experience my work firsthand and determine whether my services are the right fit for your event.
2. Can I experience your work before booking an event?
My work primarily includes deep tissue, trigger point therapy, neuromuscular techniques, myofascial techniques, and focused therapeutic work for areas of muscular tension. Techniques and pressure are adjusted based on each client's needs.
3. What techniques do you use?
No. Modalities are included with the service rather than being individually priced. The focus is on using the appropriate professional techniques for each guest within the time available.
4. Do I have to choose a specific modality when booking an event?
Table massage is scheduled according to the amount of time booked and the number of guests being served. While one guest is receiving their massage, the next guest should be in the designated waiting area, while the following guest can use the designated changing area if needed. This rotation helps keep the event running efficiently and allows each guest to receive their allotted massage time.
5. How does event table massage work?
A clean, appropriate space is required with enough room for the massage table and for me to move freely and safely around the table. A designated waiting area and changing area should also be available when applicable.

I will try to arrive approximately 15 minutes before the scheduled start time to prepare the massage area, equipment, sign-in process, and required paperwork before services begin.

Yes. Chair and table massage are available as separate event service options. The service selected will determine which setup is provided; chair and table massage are not offered together during the same event.

Yes. I provide the equipment needed for the selected massage service. The event host is responsible for providing an appropriate space and designated guest areas.
