Massage has always been a natural gift in my life, even before I fully embraced it as a career. Growing up, I helped my dad manage pain from slipped discs and later bring him comfort during his battle with lung cancer. Even through difficult seasons in life and later during my time in the military, helping people physically feel better was something I naturally gravitated toward. Caring for others through touch has always come naturally to me and eventually became something I knew I was meant to pursue professionally.

After years working in security, I realized constantly being in high-alert environments was feeding my PTSD instead of helping me heal. Massage school gave me something different — peace, purpose, and an environment centered around healing and connection. Every experience along my journey helped shape the compassion, resilience, and work ethic I bring into my practice today, and I’m grateful to now use those experiences to help others feel restored, supported, and cared for.
